1. Membership and Access

• Casual Visitors: You can listen to to everything in our collection at up to 320kbps, but will not have access to the like system, the comments, or the playlist creation system, as these all need a user id to work correctly.
• Ad-Supported Access: With a free ad-supported account, you can listen to everything in our collection at up to 320kbps. You can also add songs to your liked songs, comment on songs you love, and create personal playlists to share with the world.
• Donation-Supported Access: With a donation-supported account, you can listen to everything in our collection at up to 320kbps. You can also add songs to your liked songs, comment on songs you love, and create personal playlists to share with the world. You will also get that nice warm feeling inside, knowing that you have helped the V2Melody project. Oh, and you won't see intrusive ads.

4. Donations

Donations are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe. You can choose to donate for each month or set up a recurring donation. Donations don't give you any more functionality than a free user gets, but you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have helped our wonderful project to grow and evolve.

5. Content Usage

• You may not download, copy, or redistribute any audio files from V2Melody.
• The musical compositions are copyright of V2Melody. All rights reserved.
• While the poems are in the public domain, our unique interpretations, arrangements, and translations, are protected.

6. Content Updates

A new poem is published daily at 11.00 Eastern Standard Time (EST). This poem may have several different musical arrangements to enjoy. We also upload other works regularly when the fancy takes us, usually non-English works and original compositions.

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of V2Melody and protected by international copyright laws.

No part of the V2Melody website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from V2Melody.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Please review them regularly. Your continued use of V2Melody after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
