1. Membership and Access

• Casual Visitors: You can listen to all published works in our collection at up to 320kbps, but will not have access to the "like" (favorites) system, or the playlist creation system, as these need a user ID to work correctly.
• Verse 2 Melody Membership: You can sign up for a free user account and can then listen to all published works in my collection at up to 320kbps. You can also enjoy exclusive previews of upcoming publications long before they are available to casual visitors. You can also add songs to your liked songs, and create personal playlists to share with the world.

2. Donations

Donations are a gesture of appreciation and help keep this service running. They are processed securely through PayPal or Stripe, and no payment details are stored at V2Melody.

3. Content Usage and Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of V2Melody. This content has been created with the assistance of AI tools, but R.I. Chalmers, the creator of V2Melody, has also contributed creatively to these works, establishing them as protected by international copyright © laws.

No part of the V2Melody website or its content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from V2Melody, except as outlined below:

Permitted Uses: V2Melody allows free streaming of its musical compositions for personal use at home, in educational settings, and in certain commercial environments such as shops and media outlets, provided that attribution to V2Melody is given when used in commercial contexts.

4. Content Updates

I publish a new poem daily at 17:00 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). These poems may have several different musical arrangements to enjoy. I also upload other works regularly when the fancy takes me.
